Alert: Important Patient Notice – Staff Training from 12:00 pm on Wednesday 15th October

The surgery will be closed from 12:00 pm on Wednesday 15th October due to staff training.

For the out of hours service, please call 0203 325 4266 from 12:00 pm to 6:30 pm (this number is only available from 12:00 pm Wednesday 15th October during training). After 6:30 pm, please call 111.

The surgery will re-open as normal at 8:00 am on Thursday 16th October.
